IS THIS MY SPIRITUAL AWAKENING?

Hi Jan~

I saw your messages on Twitter regarding spiritual awakenings. I am on Twitter a lot but not for anything having to do with the spiritual world... I was actually searching online for answers to my physical symptoms, which include almost all of those described for "spiritual awakening symptoms"

My two most impactful symptoms are heart palpitations accompanied by a spiritual energy that is not my own (bizarre?). I can feel the presence of someone/something...trying to communicate to/with me. Until the other night I was unable to understand the actual words. It has been happening randomly over the last few years (at least a dozen times). Usually when I am in deep prayer. I work from home a lot, late into the night until I get too tired, then crawl into bed and pray myself to sleep. At first it scared the heck out of me, waking me up completely. Now I am getting curious but it is still a little scary. Can you explain this to me?

I have had incredibly lucid dreams since childhood- including flying inside and outside of my body. The energy that passes into me is very strong and makes me think I am having a heart attack sometimes, and I think that is why I have hesitated to embrace the encounters. Does this all make any sense to you?

The other more disturbing symptom is almost constant pain in my hands lately. I have seen my Dr. many times to no avail. I was just wondering if you have any comment or confirmation that you might want to discuss with me. I know you said you are working on a book. Anyway you are the first person I have tried to talk with about this and either everything that has been happening for the last few years makes sense, or I am really losing it.
Any helpful advice would be appreciated

In the meantime, your symptoms definitely fall into the category of spiritual awakening. I have experienced both the palpitations and the 'energy'. It is no doubt your own Inner Being that is trying to communicate with you. You might try 'automatic writing' or talking aloud. The main thing is to not resist but to allow. And if there is fear about this, to deal with the fears first. As for the pain in your hands, that is blocked energy and there would be no medical explanation. Google the term 'mudras' and begin to flow energy to/thru your hands with these sacred movements/positions.

Thank you so much for your email. Wow, I have gathered so much information over the last few hours, my mind is a little overwhelmed right now. So you are saying that the energy source is my own? Because it feels like it comes from the outside in, not the other way around. However, I do sense that I can somewhat turn it off . Is it totally safe for my heart? I feel weak after it happens.

I visited your site. Thank you for creating such a valuable resource. I will google those terms you gave me and thank you again for answering the issue with my hands, they are so painful I can't stand it anymore. After trying one of the positions, I already feel a difference...

I have a lot of reading to do and I am sure I will have a few more questions. It would be fine with me for you to post my question, anonymously if it would be of help to others. Also, I would like to write you a description of my awakening for your project. In retrospect, I can now see how some amazing experiences (including 4 angel encounters) in my past, have all been a journey to this exact moment where I can finally define and label what is happening to me.

What a relief, and I feel so blessed. Am I right, in realizing that many people never experience this?

You are totally right, many people never experience this. Those of us who do are preparing to be able to assist others in the their spiritual awakenings as the planet shifts and changes energetically.

Yes the energy source is YOU. Isn't that wonderful. YOU are SOURCE energy. You may feel weak afterward from the resistance you offer.

Can you help me to understand what "Christ seed" or "God seed" is? Can I find answers in the Bible about this process?

I looked at all the mudra positions and tried them all. How long should I hold each position? And this is during prayer/meditation right? or just anytime?

The next time the situation arises, I will try not to fear the heart palpitations, and let my energy flow out accompanied by my clear requests to the universe.

I read The Secret last year, and have tried to "remember to remember" The Law of Attraction. I have been listening to the CD's for many months when I can in the car.

My biggest question is: How is this all related to Jesus and The Bible? And my husband wants me to explain this also...but I cannot. What do you think?

Hi dear one,

THe Christ seed is the Christed/anointed energy in each one of us. It is the very highest energy/vibration we as humans experience. The Christ embodied/embodies this, we are hoping to evolve into it by releasing all that is not Christed.

As for the mudras, do the ones you are drawn to and hold them for as long/short as feels intuitively right to you. You can do this during prayer/meditation, or in a quiet moment to allow energy to move.

The Secret is wonderful introductory Law of Attraction information. Know that emotion/feelings are the energy that drive manifestation, so use your thoughts/beliefs/words/actions to feel good, or to get relief from feeling bad.

Jesus said "all this that I do-- you can do this and more" He was indicating our very own Christed nature. Hope this helps.
