YogaHeals: What’s your advice to practice that philosophy on a daily basis?
I told YogaHeals that I was inspired to write about this, so here’s what came.
~LISTEN FOR THE WHISPER OF YOUR SOUL WHEN YOUR EGO IS CLAMORING~
The trick to choosing peace is that you really do have to bypass Ego. I’ve written before about not ‘horribilizing’ or ‘awfulizing’ ego—or even trying to eliminate Ego. You know that Ego is simply your limited human mind doing its logical, rational thing. Okay? But we are multi-dimensional beings and as such we have a lot more to draw upon to make sense out of what we experience on a daily basis. We have access to our soul. We have access to Universal Consciousness.
Those dimensions possess, and in fact ARE a wisdom that Ego can’t even relate to and so refutes it. Ego doesn’t know what else to do with it but go, ‘Yeah, right!’ Like the bit about “All is ALREADY created for you”. Ego laughs at that and tells you that ‘if it is to be it’s up to ME!’. So called conventional wisdom is at odds with spiritual, metaphysical wisdom.
And it is that spiritual, metaphysical wisdom that is what you hear when your soul is whispering to you. Like the message to just BE HERE NOW. Ego thinks that’s ridiculous when there is so much to DO! But spirit realizes that there is ONLY now.
Quantum physics has begun to make discoveries that support the whisperings of your soul. How cool is that! It tells us that everything you desire is already created for you, waiting for you, and all you need to do is prepare to receive it. Upon hearing this, Ego sniffs and turns away saying ‘if I can’t kick it, taste it, touch it right now, it ain’t real!’
But your soul knows the truth inherent in the abundance that exists on every level of reality and your birthright to it.
So my offering to you today is…
NINE SPIRITUAL NUDGES for NUMINOSITY*
1. Stay in the Now
2. Use your senses to stay in the Now (ask me about this)
3. Get still and listen for the whispers of your soul
4. Journal those whispers and what messages they bring to you
4. Respond to Ego with ‘uh huh, okay, but not right now’ just like in meditation (I’ll teach you to meditate if you like, just ask)
5. And replace Ego’s finite thoughts with the infinite wisdom of your soul (You might use my WHAT IF…? Quantum Questions as a jumping off point)
6. Even when Ego predictably argues with you about those infinite thoughts, consciously think them anyway
7 .Make Peace, Love and Joy your highest priorities and go WAY WAY WAY beyond reason to access them in yourself.
8. Use whatever you need to use: books, cds, movies, music, etc to remind you of the Higher Wisdom of your Soul.
9. Remember to breathe. It helps.
10. Every day make time to sink deeply into yourself. It is where you will find heaven.

More questions and information about my spiritual life coaching
Thank you Jan for the information, you are such a blessing to me. I really appreciate all of your help.
Is this full time work for you? Do you work mostly online, from home or do you have an office there in Florida? Do you charge, if so how much?
I sense that the energy blockage in my hands is worsened with long hours at my keyboard. As soon as I hover over the keyboard, my fingers ache more intensely from the heat coming up from the keys (my computer is going 12+hours a day...) I see you are also online a lot, Have you ever experienced this?
Can you elaborate in more detail your work with these for me:

Soul relationships/Master Teachers/Life Lessons… like Angels? someday, I have to share with you my Angel encounters-so incredible.
Parenting Indigo kids (I think 1 of my 5 might be, he also sees Angels and is very spiritual. His first word was "Jesus" looking up into the sky one evening- so blessed.)
Energy Balancing/EFT -Is this what I am struggling with?
Prosperity and Abundance-how is this different from Attraction ?

Yes this is full time work for me. I work online, via the phone, and also have an office here in Miami. I currently charge $200/hour.
If you're working on a laptop I suggest you get an ANTEC cooler or something smiliar. It plugs into USB and does a very good job of cooling. I have one for my laptop.
I haven't experienced what you're describing, no. And intuitively I sense that there may be a message/messages that are yours to communicate uniquely and powerfully, and wonder if doing the automatic writing/channeling we discussed on the keyboard would allow that energy to move thru. Just a thought....
There are many universal laws besides the law of attraction which has become popular. understanding them empowers you.
My knowing is that we plan before this life to be together with certain other souls for our advancement/learning/awakening. I know that we do have angel and other non-physical guides and I would be very interested to hear about your angel encounters.
Understanding that Indigos are 'wired differently' helps us be the parents they need. Early angel and spiritual experiences are common among Indigos.
Energy balancing with chakra and EFT work could be very helpful for you
Prosperity and abundance are just different words for the inner and outer riches which are our birthright. Attraction is how we get them!! :)

Questions about spiritual life coaching services

I have spent the day trying to eliminate clutter from my workspace; condensing random notes and to do's so that I can clear my mind for more productive and efficient thinking. I am looking forward to the next opportunity.

I meant to ask you ...what is "automatic writing"? How can I do that while I am experiencing the energy state? Usually I am laying in bed with my eyes closed when my energy flows.
And is that the most appropriate way to describe what is happening at that moment? I feel like I can't talk(like in a dream), or if I did talk, it might stop flowing. What should I say if I find that I can talk during the experience? Who am I speaking to?
I haven't been able to experience it in a week or so, my guess is because it has been a pretty hectic week and I haven't been getting enough rest. It is hard to find time to myself...

Hi there,
Automatic writing or "channeling" is writing that is done when you get still, focus and listen, and put your pen on the paper, or fingers on the keyboard and allow the writing to 'come through you'.
Yes, saying that your energy flows is a good description of that state. You could also speak into a voice recorder if that is more comfortable for you during that state. I am equally comfortable doing both.
Try it and see if the energy continues to flow or flows differently.
There are no shoulds, only allowing and 'getting ego out of the way'. Often asking a question you would like answered is a good place to start and you can keep asking questions or simply see what comes.
It is your own Highest Self that you are communicating with. Cosmic, or Collective Consciousness implies that we are all connected in consciousness and there for you have access in the highest, wisest, most expansive part of you to all the knowledge and wisdom that exists.
